Bye Bye 2010

2010... You've been good to me, but I want better. To get better I need to give better ( makes sense in my head!) my resolution/goal for 2011 is to be the best ME I can be. The best mother, the best daughter, the best wife, and the best friend. I have fallen short on all of these in the past. But the past is no more. There is only the future and it is up to me to design it's outcome. I pray that this year is the best year of my life thus far. Hopefully I will keep you posted on my progress. With much love and fond memories I say goodbye to 2010!

Forever...

It seems like forever since i've added a post to this blog.  I just went back and reread a few of my past blogs and realized a couple of things.  1.  I REALLY need to use spell check more often, and 2.  I really am a goober!  Is it wrong that i read these posts and just laugh at myself?  Oh well, I gotta love myself to laugh at myself. 

It seems all of a sudden my life has put the brakes on.  There isn't anything interesting to tell about.  Nothing new going on...Just .....is. 
I don't really know what I was hoping would be going on at this point of my life.  I am happy though.  That's always good.  Amy told me that her Spidey sense was telling her that I finally know who I am.  And now is the time to "do me".  Whatever that means.  Thanks Amy! 

Even if my life is at a slow point, I'm glad i'm the one living it!  Yeah, rambling.....peace out!

Why is love one of the most difficult, yet easy things to do?  Who deserves it?  Who needs it? Sigh....I'm trying to figure these things out.  I say just let go and let it run free.  Don't hold grudges.  Don't question.  Just let go.  My love is worth everything.  Let go of the past.  Don't think about the future.  Just love me........

Long time no post!

Wow!  It really has been a while since I made a post on my blog.  There are many reasons why I have been MIA.  One, I guess I can claim I was busy.  Another, I don't feel I had anything really "Postworthy".  Anyway, no more excuses....

Ok, so I last posted about going "scouting".  A long time has passed, but not alot has happened.

One thing that I can say was out of the ordinary was that a friend and I last weekend helped work on Extreme Home Makeover.  It was interresting to say the least.  It was FREEZING to say the most!!  The one thing that I will complain about is that i usually have NOTHING to do!  But oh no...volunteer for a tv show and then find out that's the one night a month that we hang out with friends.  I was seriously tempted to bail, but I'm glad I didn't!  The friends and HOULIHANS will be there! (even thought you guys DID go out of spite..no matter what you say!)

So Cathy and I helped with landscaping and we painted the rails and banister off of the back porch!  Note to self:  Jaime should NOT paint!  LOL 

Another thing that has started since last post is that Eli began Tball practice.  Games start up in March.  I am sooo not ready for this.  I really have to work on my "stank" face.  Don't get me wrong i have it down pat!  I have to work on NOT giving it when I meet the other moms....Just ask Cat, Mon, or Amy.  Ppl and I don't ALWAYS mix.  Huge flaw...workin on it.
